The world’s first AI phone interviewer that writes the report.

PaidInsight designs the study, phones the people you choose, and probes every answer until it’s specific enough to act on. Then it writes a full editorial report — every claim linked to who said it.

From question to report in three steps.

Goal
What do you want to learn?
I want to understand what top-performing gym owners do to keep monthly churn at or below 3% for six months straight

Penny writes the report

Every call is analyzed and combined into ranked insights, the quotes behind them, and what to do first, second and third.

One of six study types

Learn from the best. Lift the rest. Repeat.

In a Top Performer Analysis, you pick the few who get the best results — top locations, reps, or partners — and Penny interviews them. The report ranks the practices they share. You roll those insights out to everyone else, then study your new top performers.

What the people you invite see.

An invitation, not a cold call

They get an email. Nobody is called unless they ask to be.

On their time

They start when it suits them, and Penny calls right away.

$5 for about five minutes

A paid, short phone call. No app, no webcam, no account.

They know it is an AI

The invite says the interviewer is an AI and that the call is recorded.

Your AI interviewer

Meet Penny.

She interviews like your best researcher — and never accepts the first answer.

01
Follows up in their words, never with “tell me more.”
02
Can tell a real practice from a vague claim, and knows when to stop.
03
Warm with your top performers, calm with the customers who left. She never sells and never judges.

The first answer, and what Penny does with it
“What do you do to retain members?”
Gym owner
“We really focus on personal touch.”
A survey stops here. Penny doesn’t.
Penny
“You said personal touch — what does that look like on a Tuesday at 9am?”
Gym owner
“Trainers check in if someone missed.”
Penny
“Walk me through that check-in. What happens first?”
Gym owner
“They text within two hours: ‘missed you today, everything ok?’”
Penny
“Why two hours, not end of day?”
Gym owner
“We tested it. Same-day contact rebooks 60%. End of week, maybe 10%.”
Three follow-ups later: a practice you can copy.
The report

A report you can act on Monday.

Not a transcript dump, not a word cloud. A written report where every claim shows who said it — and how many agreed.

01The answer up front — the report’s headline is the insight itself.
02Ranked by evidence — interview counts and support rates on every claim.
03Their exact words — the quotes behind every claim, from the people you interviewed.
04What to do next — first, second and third, plus how the study was run and where it is thin.

Questions

What people ask before a first study.

Will people mind a call from an AI?
Nobody gets a surprise call. You send an email invite; those who want to take part claim a paid slot, verify their phone number, and start the call when it suits them. The invite says the interviewer is an AI and that the call is recorded.
Is Penny actually good enough to run my interviews?
Penny does not read a script. She keeps asking — in the person’s own words — until an answer is specific enough to act on. Every claim in the report links back to the exact words behind it. Don’t take our word for it: read a sample report, or run a test call and hear her yourself.
Where do participants come from?
Your own people, not a panel: customers, users, your team or partners. You invite them by email. Interviews currently run on US phone numbers.
Do I need an account to start?
No account is needed to browse the demo workspace, read the sample reports, or start from a ready-made goal. Writing your own study goal, getting a test call, or launching a study needs an account, which is free.
What about privacy, and how are participants named?
Reports use assigned display names by default. Where a study offers the option, participants can choose to share a name. Interviews may contain identifying details; the participant privacy notice explains how contact details, transcripts, and recordings are used and retained. Read the Participant Privacy Notice.
What if a call doesn’t complete?
You are not charged for a call that does not happen. Declined, expired or bounced invites and failed calls return the money, platform fee and reward both. A completed call is charged and the reward goes to the person you interviewed. Test calls have their own short rules, shown before you start one.
